Mindshare Technologies has just launched its use of QR codes on its feedback management platform. Through the quick response codes, the company is making it easier for its clients’ customers to give prompt feedback.
Customers can access the codes through different touch-points, including posters, brochures, product packaging, sales receipts and marketing collateral. Scanning these two-dimensional matrix barcodes will take them to a survey form that they can answer using their mobile devices.
Mindshare is certain that by utilizing QR code technology and by taking advantage of the fact that mobile devices are now the customers’ tools of choice, the company will be able to increase the quality and the number of feedback that its clients will be able to get from their customers.
Through this new QR code feature, Mindshare’s clients will be able to capture or access greatly significant and useful feedback from non-buyers . Feedback from non-buyers will give these businesses a means to identify problems and to determine the reason why prospective buyers didn’t push through with their purchases.
Mindshare CEO John Sperry had said that the company is uniquely successful because of its new approach in making customer feedback immediately accessible to those who can do something about it. We also agree with Sperry when he said that QR codes allow buyers and non-buyers to provide real-time feedback while their experience is still new and fresh in their heads. In turn, businesses will be able to gather information pertaining to their customers’ needs and wants.
Sperry was right in saying that whatever data or information that get gathered, these will be valuable to businesses. Mindshare’s use of QR codes is one of the innovative means for the company to impact the way mobile technology changes how brands and consumers interact with each other and better consumer experience.
